The site produces very mineral wines with great fruit. Aging in large piece and double piece barrels combined with long full yeast aging provides high brightness with a cool finish reminiscent of ice cold glacier water. The wine is full-bodied and elegant with a fine acid structure. The subtle wood note underscores the rich Riesling aromas of peach and apricot and gives the wine a special persistence. An ideal food companion of fried fish or white meat.

Erbacher Siegelsberg
Due to its slightly elevated position, above the Marcobrunn, the Siegelsberg ripens not only Riesling but also Pinot Noir grapes. The soil is distinguished from the Marcobrunn by the increased loess content of its marl structure and the Taunus quartzite that penetrates the surface here. The microclimate consists of intense solar radiation and excellent ventilation.
